基于单片机和变频调速技术的水塔液位控制系统研究

摘    要:为了解决传统水塔水位控制系统存在控制精度低、能耗大的缺点,采用了一种基于单片机技术和变频调速技术相结合的系统来控制液位高度。介绍了该液位控制系统的各基本电路的组成以及其工作原理。并分析各组成电路的硬件设计和整个系统的软件设计。该控制系统可实现过低过高水位报警、过低过高警戒水位自动处理以及正常水位处理变频电机调速供水等功能,提高了水塔供水系统的工作效率。

Abstract:In order to solve the shortcomings of low control accuracy and high energy consumption in the traditional water tow?er water level control system,a system based on the combination of single-chip microcomputer technology and frequency conversion speed regulation technology is adopted to control the liquid level height.The composition of each basic circuit of the liquid level con?trol system and its working principle are introduced.The hardware design of each circuit and the software design of the whole system are analyzed.The control system can realize the alarm of too low and too high water level,the automatic processing of too low and too high warning water level,and normal water level processing,such as variable frequency motor speed regulation and water supply,which improves the working efficiency of the water tower water supply system.
