超声波技术在黄金冶炼与加工领域的应用

摘    要:由于黄金具有极高的抗腐蚀性、良好的导电性和导热性等优点,在工业上得到广泛的应用。现有的黄金冶炼及加工技术存在周期长、效率低、试剂消耗量大、能耗高和操作过程复杂等缺点。近年来,超声波技术在很多领域得到了广泛应用与发展,并取得了较好的效果。本文主要对近年来超声波技术在黄金浸出、金纳米材料的制备、化学镀金及金的检测等方面的应用进展进行了总结分析,结果表明:相比传统技术,超声波技术在这些领域的应用具有效率高、能耗低、使用范围广和易于自动化控制等优点。随着超声波基础理论研究的发展和超声波设备的不断改良,超声波技术将在难处理金矿、新材料制备及无损检测等领域得到更有效且广泛地应用。

Abstract:Because gold has the features of high corrosion resistance,good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity,thus those features have been widely used in industry.Due to the existing gold smelting and processing technology had characteristics of long cycle,low efficiency,big reagent consumption,high energy consuming and operation process complex faults,therefore,in recent years,ultrasonic technology has already been applied extensively in various fields,developed well,and achieved good results.In this paper,we summarized and analyzed the application of ultrasonic technology in gold leaching,nanometer materials preparation,chemical plating and gold testing.The results demonstrated that compared with the application of traditional technology in the fields mentioned above,the ultrasonic technology presented the features of high efficiency,low energy consumption,wide application and ease of automation control,etc.With the development of the research on the basic theory of ultrasonic and continuous improvement of ultrasonic equipment,ultrasound technology will be favored and widely employed for the refractory gold ore,new material preparation as well as nondestructive testing,etc.
