| 摘 要： | 介绍了双隔离管线球阀腔体泄放压力在相关标准中的规定。提出了阀门泄放压力超过失火状态规定的额定压力许用值及存在的潜在危险。分析了双隔离管线球阀在非正常工况下压力边界可能失效的原因。

| Abstract: | This article arise a view-point that the double isolation ball valve exist a potential dangerous.According with the standard of ANSI/API Spec 6D-2008 / ISO14313-2007,the release pressure of cavity is not over 1.33 times of the valve pressure rating at the specified maximum operating temperature.But this release pressure will much over exceed the pressure that is accordance with the rating table for the appropriate material group in ASME B16.34 at fire a un-nominal operation condition.The valve pressure boundary shall be in failure. |
