| Abstract: | This paper investigates and analyses the common problems the vocational college students face on the job placement, helps further understand the graduates＇ outlook on the job placement and better implement the guiding work in job placement, and put forward some respective suggestions on the policies of school-running models of talent training and services in job placement at Shazhou Vocational Institute of Technology. |
