| 摘 要： | 分析了短时傅里叶变换（FFT）在序列随机性检验中存在的不足，提出了将时频联合分布（TFD）论应用于序列随机性的检验中，并且对这种方法作了初步的研究。通过对两组不同伪随机序列的TFD编程分析，表明该方法克服了FFT不能在时域定位的缺点，为随机数发生器（RNG）的设计提供了参考。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the insufficiency which exists in the sequence randomness test by FFT and pre-sents a test method of sequence randomness based on time-frequency distribution(TFD).It indicates that this method can localize in time-domain through analysis of two different pseudorandom sequences' TFD.This new method can help us design new RNGs. |
