| 摘 要： | 依据2001-2005年安徽省和江苏省城市面板数据，采用逐步回归模型分析了两省外商直接投资（FDI）区位选择的决定因素。实证结果表明：两省是不同的FDI区位选择模式，成本因素是4个影响安徽省FDI区位分布决定因素中最重要显著因素，安徽省FDI是加工效率寻求型。明显不同于安徽的是，技术和市场因素成为影响江苏省FDI区位分布的显著因素，江苏省FDI是技术与市场驱动型，优惠政策对安徽省和江苏省FDI区位分布都没有显著影响。

| Abstract: | The paper compares the decisive factors on regional selection of FDI in Anhui and Jiangsu provinces,with the step-by-step regression model and the city panel date from 2001 to 2005.The empirical study suggests that two different regional selection model of FDI exit between Anhui and Jiangsu provinces.Cost factor is the most important one of four factors which impact the regional selection of FD significantly in Ahui,so the model regional selection of FD is called process-efficiency-seeking.Apparently differing from Anhui,technique and market factor have significant impact to FDI in Jiangsu,so the model is considered technique-market-drive.We also find that preferential policy has no influence to FDI both in Anhui and in Jiangsu. |
