圆锥滚子冷镦凹模的改进

摘    要:制造圆锥滚子的冷镦凹模为四体组合结构,由于底模、中模与模套的结合定位基准不同,使装配后其同心度难以保证而影响凹模的寿命。通过底模与中模外锥面采用相同角度、在底模基准面车去应力槽、合理设计底模工作部分尺寸等措施,使凹模使用寿命同比提高80%以上。

Abstract:The female mould for cold punching of tapered rollers is composed of four components.Because the base mould,the middle mould and the shell are different from each other with respect to the positioning references,the life of female mould isn't warranted after assembly due to the concentricity.By utilizing the same outer cone angle for the base mould and the middle mould,turning the stress slot on the datum plane of base mould,designing reasonably the service dimension of base mould,the life increment of female mould exceeds 80%.
