| 摘 要： | 简述覆合板焊接机在焊接工艺、现场环境、资金等方面的研制难点，介绍设备框架组成及主要工艺参数，重点介绍覆合板焊接机焊接板片及铸锭的生产过程，并就覆合板的包铝层、板型、表面质量、产量、生产效率、节约能耗、设备利用率等从技术和生产两方面分析了应用效果。

| Abstract: | The article briefly describes the difficulties during clad plate welding machine development, including welding technology, on-site environment, capital, and so on. It presents the frame components and major technical parameters, with an emphasis on welding plate of clad plate welding machine and ingot production process, from both sides of technology and production, analyzes the application effects on many aspects, such as aluminium coating, plate type, surface quality, production, production efficiency, energy saving and equipment utilization. |
