粘贴玻璃钢板加固混凝土梁疲劳试验研究

摘    要:
用粘贴纤维复合材料板加固既有混凝土梁技术是世界各国都非常关注的课题,通过6根粘贴玻璃钢板混凝土梁的动静载试验研究指出,粘贴玻璃钢板加固混凝土梁,能使混凝土梁的开裂弯矩平均提高30%~40%,极限承载能力提高30%以上,而混凝土梁的刚度只提高13%~15%,所以,补强混凝土梁的疲劳承载能力不会和静载承载能力一样得到同步提高.玻璃钢板能较好地与混凝土协同工作,玻璃钢板的应变与钢筋应变满足准平面假定.

Abstract:
The fatigue studies with six pieces of reinforced concrete beams glue strengthened by GFRP plate are conducted. A comparison is made with a reinforced concrete beam. The results show that the cracking moment and ultimate bearing moment of the strengthened beams increase 30% ~ 40% and 30%, respectively, but the stiffness only increases 13% ~ 15%. Therefore, the fatigue bearing capacity of the strengthened beam will not increase to the same level. The GFRP plate and concrete are worked together very well. The strain of the GFRP and steel rebar satisfies the quasi--plane-hypothesis.
