| 摘 要： | 采用毛细管电泳在较为极端的pH条件下对4种混合蛋白质进行分离,建立一种简单、高效、快速同时测定酸碱性蛋白质的方法。结果表明,在pH2和pH9的缓冲体系中混合蛋白质能够有效分离,添加改性剂SDS可提高分离效率。

| Abstract: | A capillary electrophoresis method was developed for separating the mixture of four kinds of proteins in extreme pH condition and a easy and efficient method for the determining of mixture of proteins established.. The result showed that, mixed proteins can be effectively separated in pH2 and pH9 buffer and the addition of SDS improved the separation efficiency. |
