滑石粉及复配阻燃体系对乙丙橡胶阻燃性能的影响

摘    要:研究滑石粉用量及其与不同阻燃剂复配对三元乙丙橡胶胶料性能的影响。结果表明:随着滑石粉用量的增大,胶料的热稳定性、阻燃性能和物理性能提高;当滑石粉用量为80份时,加入十溴二苯乙烷胶料的氧指数明显增大,热释放速率明显减小,但生烟速率增大;加入聚磷酸铵或硼酸锌胶料的氧指数增大,热释放速率和生烟速率减小。

Abstract:In this study we studied the effect of talc on the flame retardant of EPDM. The result showed that with the increase of the talc amount the heat stability, flame retardant and mechanical properties of EPDM increased. Then we added different flame retardant additives to improve the flame retardant properties. The limited oxygen index, heat release rate decreased with the addition of decabromo diphenyl ethane,However, the smoke release rate increased obviously. The limited oxygen index, heat release rate and smoke release rate were improved slightly by adding Ammonium Polyphosphate and Zinc Borate.
