耐冲击橡胶坝的研制

介绍耐冲击橡胶坝的结构设计、配方设计、生产工艺和产品性能。骨架材料上下两层选用钢丝绳网,中间两层选用锦纶66帆布。外层胶选用氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)作主体材料,并加入石油树脂,提高抗冲击性能。堵头和坝体无缝搭接、硫化成型。坝袋下游一侧设计扰流板,以降低坝体振动、颤动。内外层涂刷相同颜色的CSM防护涂层,延长坝体使用寿命。该产品设计坝高6 m,使用寿命30年。

Development of Impact-resistant Rubber Dam

This article describes the structural design,formulation design, production processes and product performance of the impact-resistant rubber dam. Skeleton material is one layer of steel cord net, two layers of nylon 66 canvas and one layer of steel cord net. The canvas is soft and flex resistance, the steel cord net is rigidity and impact resistance. The outer layer of rubber selects CSM. It has good weather resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance, bright colors. Rubber compound is added petroleum resin to improve the impact resistance. Plug and dam is seamless lap, vulcanization molding. The downstream side of the dam bag is designed spoiler to reduce the dam shock and vibration. Crest overflow stream to scour spoiler, forming beautiful waterfalls. It extends service life to brush the inner and outer layers of the same color CSM. The design height of the product is 6.0 meters. The service life is 30 years.
