煤气鼓风机变频调速控制系统的研究

摘    要:
以鼓风机调速系统为核心的炼焦炉集气管压力控制系统是一个复杂多变的工业控制系统.针对炼焦实际复杂工况,本文提出了一套煤气鼓风机变频调速智能控制策略.投运结果表明,该智能控制策略提高了集气管压力在高压氨水无烟装煤技术下的稳定性,保护了环境和设备,降低了能量消耗.

Abstract:
The coke oven gas collector pressure system is an industrial system with complex and changeful working conditions, and in which fan speed control system is taken as the core part. This article designs an intelligent control strategy It is showed by the operation results that the intelligent strategy can improve the stability of the coke oven gas collector pressure under the technology with high pressure ammonia and smokeless coal, and protect the environment and equipments, and reduce the energy consumption.
