摘    要:为了能够实现在创面恢复期能够进行完成间歇负压吸引和灌注,并且能同时协调工作,开发了以STC12C5A60S2单片机为控制核心的负压吸引和灌注装置,应用于创面的恢复,满足创面治疗的各种需要.其采用由直流电机驱动的真空泵、蠕动泵产生负压和进行灌注,吸引负压压强采用PID控制算法控制,灌注流量的调整采用查表法,负压压力检测采用MPS20N0100D-D型压力传感器和AD620构成的放大电路,并采用TCL431三端稳压模块供电,采用LCD12864进行信息显示.

Abstract:For the function of vacuum functioning intermittently and perfusing intermittently and combination of them, the device of vacuum suction and perfusion is designed in wound recovery, which is controlled by STC 12C5A60S2 microcomputer. Vacuum pump and peristaltic pump are used in generating vacuum and perfusing respectively drived by DC motor. The suction pressure is controlled with PID method, and the adjustment of the perfusing flow is using look-up table method, the suction pressure is measured with pressure sensor of MPS20N0100D-D and amplification circuit of AD620, which is supplied power by three terminal voltage regulator module of TCL431, and the lcd 12864 is used to show work status.
