摘    要:应用正交试验优化设计方法对装载机轮边减速器进行优化。通过以体积最小为其性能指标,选取对体积有直接影响的太阳轮齿数、齿轮模数和齿宽系数作为3个主要因素作为自变量设计其正交化试验,并验证每个试验的强度要求。对正交试验结果进行极差分析,得到对装载机轮边减速器参数进行优化的一组最优解。

Abstract:An orthogonal testing optimum design methodology has been applied in the loader wheel-side reducer. It selected its minimum volume as the performance target, the teeth number of the sun gear,modulus,tooth width coefficient as the three main factor as the variables in orthogonal test, mean-while validated the strength in every test. With the range analysis of the result, obtained a optimal solution for the wheel-side reducer.
