摘    要:目前,井径仪地面校验工作是靠人工用定位框改变井径测量杆的径距变化,通过手工测量、记录、运算得出结论,工作量大,准确度大。文中介绍了井径仪自动校验台,由单片微机系统构成,自动完成井径仪校验过程中测量杆的径距变化、过程信号采集、处理、数据贮存、运算及结果记录输出,准确地反映了井径仪器的工作性能。

Abstract:At present, surface calibration of caliper is made manually through positional frame to change the moving radial distance of the measuring bar.Data measurements, recording and calculation are also hand-operated, which results in a great volume of work and loW accuracy. Based on this fact,a new intelligent 4-arm caliper auto-calibrator with a single chip processor as its core is introduced in this paper. The calibrator can automatically control the moving radial distance of the Ihaasuring bar, data acquisition, data processing and storing, operation and output. It can check the performance of the caliper.accurately.
