Analysis on Necessity of Independent Third Party Qualification for Nuclear Related HEPA Filters

This paper first analyzes the necessity for the third party qualification based on the general properties of nuclear related HEPA （High Efficiency Particle Air） filter, then through the introduction of other nuclear advanced countries＇ practices on independent third party qualification and analysis of the quality situation of nuclear related HEPA filters, it＇s concluded the necessity for establishing a third party test laboratory and compulsory requirement for independent third party qualification in China.
