| 摘 要： | 工作流管理系统在不同的领域得到了广泛应用,但仍然未能满足任务回撤等特殊业务需求。文章首先对任务回撤进行了描述,并简要介绍目前的几种解决策略,然后在研究典型工作流过程元模型的基础上,引入新的模型因子——服务接口(Interface),提出并建立基于服务过程分解(Service Process Division,SPD)的、具有动态特性的工作流过程模型。最后通过改造开放源代码产品JBPM,在实际中得到应用。
