超临界CO2萃取烟草中茄尼醇的工艺条件优化

摘    要:采用超临界CO2萃取烟草中的茄尼醇,以茄尼醇的质量收率为考察指标,以萃取温度、萃取压力、萃取时间、夹带剂浓度、夹带剂流量为考察因素进行正交实验,优选最佳的萃取工艺条件。最佳的萃取工艺条件为:萃取温度40℃,萃取压力35MPa,萃取时间2h,夹带剂无水乙醇,夹带剂流量0.3mL·min-1。在此实验条件下,茄尼醇的平均质量收率为0.8288%。

Abstract:Supercritical CO2 fluid was used to extract Solanesol from Tobacco Leaves. The quality yield of Solanesol was used as the evaluation index and extraction temperature、extraction pressure、the flow-rate of CO2、the concentration of entrainer and the flow rate of entrainer as affecting factors,the optimal extraction process was determined by orthogonal experiments. The optimum extraction process was set as follows:extraction temperature at 40 ℃,extraction pressure under 35 MPa,extraction time 2 h,absolute ethyl alcohol as the entrainer,the flow rate of entrainer was 0. 3 mL-1·min-1,in this experimental condition,the average quality yield of Solanesol was 0.8288%.
