摘    要:常压低温等离子体设备是一种在纺织行业中具有较大推广价值的设备,低温等离子体技术是一种改善天然纤维表面性能的有效方法.运用中科院光电研究院自行研制的准辉光介质阻挡放电常压低温等离子体设备对羊毛纤维进行了处理.文章对等离子体放电过程中,不同反应气氛、处理时间等条件进行了较为系统的实验,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪、XPS光电子能谱仪等设备对等离子体处理后羊毛纤维的结构与性能进行了细致的研究.实验结果表明:经不同气氛条件的等离子体处理后,羊毛纤维表面发生了不同程度的物理与化学刻蚀作用.

Abstract:The technique of atmospheric pressure plasma is of value in textile industry and is a means of improving the surface properties of natural fiber.In the paper,we use low temperature plasma(LTP) to treat wool fiber by different conditions(gas and treated time are changed).After that,the properties of treated fibers were investigated by means of various apparatus,including SEM,XPS and so on.The results proved that the characteristic of wool fiber changed greatly with plasma treatment.
