鞋帮图像矢量化技术研究与实现

摘    要:针对鞋帮自动缝制过程中实现由鞋帮图像的输入到数控代码生成的问题,设计了一个将点阵图像转换成直线和圆弧图形的系统.该系统通过对输入的鞋帮图像进行去噪处理,二值化,边缘提取,边缘细化,链码跟踪后采用对边缘线进行二次拟合的方法生成普通数控系统能够插补的直线和圆弧,即先将轮廓拟合成直线段,再将满足条件的直线段拟合成圆弧.所有算法都用Matlab软件实现,实现了由图像到图形的自动转换.

Abstract:Aiming at solving the problem of generating NC code based on image in the shoe upper automatic sewing process,a system which can transform pixel image to graphics that consist of line segments and arc segments is designed.
