摘    要:李家峡水电站4^#水轮水电机组在运行维护中发现由于设计、安装等遗留问题,导致水轮机转轮下固定止漏环焊缝开裂、大轴补气阀阀座筋板焊缝法兰连接螺栓断裂等现象。文章针对大修中发现的设备缺陷进行分析总结,采取了相应的改进措施,提高了机组的健康水平,为达标奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract:It had been detected some leaved problems because of design and installation of Lijiaxia hydropower station's 4# turbo generator, and this conduced to the fixed anti-leakage ring's weld joint breakage under turbo generator's rotator, as well as reflected to the jointed bolt breadage of additional air valve's base welding line flange, the paper makes an analysis and summarize about the discovered unreasonable phenomenon in the extended overhaul process, and adopts some relevant improving measurements, in order to improve the safe operation of the units, as well as establish a favorable foundation for the unit's eligibility.
