The auto interior quality, appearance and production technology are continuously improved and upgraded along witb the development of automobile industry. The customers pay more and more attentions to overall effect of interior trimming when they purchase the auto- mobiles, which will bring new challenge to design and manufacture of interior components of automobile. The double injection molding micro foaming process, which could enable interior components to higher appearance quality, was analyzed and discussed with aim. It is hoped that this will provide reference for design and manufacture of interior components of automobile.
