在流化床燃烧条件下焦炭氮转化的实验研究

摘    要:在小型电加热流化床实验台上对一种无烟煤焦炭燃烧过程中焦炭氮的转化进行了实验研究.实验结果表明,在焦炭颗粒的燃烧过程中,焦炭中的氮会转化为NO,N2O,HCN和N2。在焦炭颗粒燃烧的初始阶段,即焦炭燃烬度在0—0.58之间,HCN析出,HCN的氧化反应是N2O生成的一条途径;在焦炭燃烬度在0.58到1的阶段,HCN不再析出,因此存在另一条不同于HCN氧化反应的N2O生成途径.HCN在制焦温度高于燃烧温度的焦炭燃烧过程中析出,表明焦炭的气化反应是氢释放的一个来源。

Abstract:Experiment of conversion of nitrogen in char coal during combustion was conducted on a small electrically heated quartz tube fluidized bed reactor. The result shows that in the burning process of particle of char coal, the nitrogen may be converted to NO,N 2O,HCN, and N 2. At the beginning of burning, the HCN will be released, and as we all know, that the oxidative reaction of HCN is a way of forming N 2O. When HCN disappeared, N 2O keeps being released. That means there is another pathway to form N 2O during char combustion. Experimental results also show that the char gasification is one origin of HCN.
