低合金Cr-Ni-Mo钢规定比例极限与规定非比例延伸强度的关系

摘    要:通过研究建立3个低合金Cr-Ni-Mo钢的规定比例极限与规定非比例延伸强度关系,即规定比例极限对应的非比例伸长率是多少,实现用规定非比例延伸强度代替规定比例极限。结果表明,35CrNi3MoV、35CrNi3Mo、35CrNi1Mo规定比例极限对应的规定非比例延伸强度分别为RP0.018、RP0.013、RP0.015。

Abstract:By intensive study,the relationship between specified proportional limit and non-proportional elongation strength of three low alloy steels was established,namely,non proportional elongation ratio is corresponding to that of proportional limit.Therefore the replacement of specified limit by the specified non-proportional elongation strength was realized.The study shows that the values of non-proportional strength for three steels of 35CrNi3MoV,35CrNi3Mo and 35CrNi1Mo,are Rp0.018,Rp0.013 and Rp0.015,respectively.
