锆基多功能合金的动态压缩性能研究

摘    要:利用分离式Hopkinson压杆装置研究锆基多功能合金的动态压缩性能,利用扫描电镜和能谱仪对动态压缩断口进行形貌观察和成分分析。结果表明:锆基多功能合金具有较低的应变率敏感性;合金动态压缩强度高达2 500 MPa,且随着应变率的提高,塑性变形量不断增大;动态压缩下锆基合金表现为脆性断裂,断口形貌包含剪切韧窝和滑移沟槽,断面上有部分区域发生了氧化反应。

Abstract:Dynamic compression properties of Zr-based multi-function alloy were investigated by split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB).Dynamic compression fracture morphology and composition were observed and analyzed by SEM and EDS.The results show that Zr-based multi-function alloy has low strain rate sensitivity with high dynamic compression strength of about 2 500 MPa,and the plastic deformation increases along with strain rate increasing.Zr-based multi-function alloy appears brittle fracture in dynamic compression with the characteristic feature of shear dimples and slipping grooves.Oxidation reaction in some regions of fracture can also be observed.
