| 摘 要： | 根据国家电网公司国际合作业务及信息化SG186工程的统一部署,提出建设国际合作业务应用,通过先进的信息化管理思想及软件技术,改变原有的管理方式,实现国际合作业务的扁平化管理、流程化管理,同时保证出国信息的完整性、准确性、及时性,最终实现国际合作业务的全面性、规范性。结合公司"十一五"信息总体规划,本着"统一标准、统一规划、统一组织实施"和"务实、高效"的原则,通过在使用中不断深化、不断完善,最终摸索出一条适合电力企业国际合作业务的先进信息化管理模式。
