| 摘 要： | 随着经济发展,跨组织、跨地区、跨网络的办公业务越来越频繁,加大了管理的难度,而协同办公业务应用系统开发技术的发展与创新可帮助企业快速提高办公效率。利用J2EE+Domino+Oracle架构开发的甘肃电网企业协同办公业务应用系统,以知识管理为核心,高度集成RTX系统和Autonomy搜索引擎,实现了消息提醒、实时交流、超微细腻度搜索功能,解决了研发关键技术并取得重大突破。系统技术创新度高、兼容性好,是融信息处理、业务流程和知识管理于一体的新型协同业务应用系统。该系统的良好应用可有效减少运维环节,实现高效的任务协作、协同管理等,使用系统后企业全年净增效益2404.54万元,经济效益巨大。
