阳离子型聚丙烯酸酯乳液的合成与应用

以阳／非离子乳化剂、合适的活性单体和改性剂ＤＣ，采用氧化－还原乳液聚合技术制备了阳离子型聚丙烯酸酯乳液，并对乳化剂和活性单体的用量、引发剂种类、体系ｐＨ值等影响因素作了研究，同时在涂料染色、植绒布涂料印花、染料固色进行试验。结果表明：该乳化剂用于涂料染色、牢度、手感、得色量、鲜艳度明显提高；静电植绒产品涂料印花，产品手感不发硬，且风格独特；可用作活性染料、真接染料、硫化染料染色产品固色剂，对于硫化

SYNTHESIS AND APPLICATION OF CATIONIC POLYACRYLATE EMULSION

Cationic polyacrylate emulsion was prepared by oxidation-reduction emulsion polymerisation technology with cationic/ non-ionic emulsifying agent, suitable reactive monomer and modifier DC. A study was conducted on the effect of the dosages of emulsifying agent and reactive monomer, the kinds of initiator, and system pH values., experiments on pigment dyeing, pigment printing on the flocked fabric and colour fixing were carried out with the emulsion. The result showed that a significant improvement in fastness, handle, colour yield and brilliancy of the pigment dyeings was achieved and that the pigment printed flocked fabric had a unique style and its hand feeling was not hardened. The product is suitable for use as a fixing agent for reactive, direct and sulfur dyes, and especially good results can be obtained in the fixation of sulfur dyes.
