锅炉灰平衡试验分析

摘    要:我国国家标准《电站锅炉性能试验规程(10184-1988)》对采用钢球磨煤机或中速磨煤机制粉、固态排渣、火室燃烧方式的锅炉,在热效率试验时推荐灰渣比选取值90∶10.以沙角C电厂2100t/h锅炉为试验对象,对其灰渣比进行了若干工况下的试验测试,测试结果表明实际灰渣比介于90∶10和80∶20之间,且比值变动较大.为此...

Abstract:After ash balance test at different running conditions, the ratio of boiler slag and fly ash is between 90:10 and 80:20, deviating from the recommended value 90:10 of GB10184-1988. So the effect elements such as unit load,coal quality,pulverized coal fineness,ash components, ash melting point etc. are analysed. According to the analysis, the ratio of boiler slag and fly ash is the most sensitive to ash components and melting point.
