大宛齐油田疏松砂岩油藏出砂机理与防砂技术研究

摘    要:塔里木盆地大宛齐油田属于疏松砂岩油藏,主力产油层段为第四系和上第三系的康村组。油层埋深浅、胶结疏松、压实作用差造成油层出砂严重,影响油田的正常生产,绝大部分油水井如果不防砂就无生产能力.本文从地质因素和开采因素两方面分析了本区油层出砂原因与机理,在借鉴国内外类似疏松砂岩油藏防砂技术的基础上,提出了适合该油田的三种防砂技术:高压一次充填防砂工艺、机械双重防砂工艺以及激光割缝筛管-压裂砾石充填防砂工艺。并对此三种技术的防砂适应性进行了分析,认为大宛齐油田可以针对不同层系、不同井况的出砂问题选用最佳防砂技术.以保证油田安全生产。

Abstract:Dawanqi Oilfield is a typical unconsolidated sandstone reservoir in the Tarim Basin,whose majors located in the Quaternary and the Kangcun formation of Neogene.Shallow bury,light compaction and loose consolidation cause oil payer to produce sand seriously,which affects the development of oilfield.Most wells have no production capacity without sand control.In this paper,the factor of causing sand production is researched and the mechanism of sand production is studied.On the basis of investigating technologies of sand control,three sand control technologies suited to Dawanqi oilfield are proposed.That is: High-pressure filling sand control technology,mechanical double sand technology,and the technology of laser slotted screen liner fracturing gravel packing sand control.Based on the adaptability of the three sand control technologies,Dawanqi Oilfield can adopt the optimized technology so as to make the production safe.
