| 摘 要： | 介绍了西气东输二线管道实施二氧化碳保护和利用环形加热器确保层间温度的焊接工艺,特别就焊接接头局部脆性问题的解决方法进行了重点阐述,对西二线在工程焊接质量于可控制范围之内的情况下,对焊口处存在的一些缺陷进行了原因分析,并提出了解决办法。

| Abstract: | The welding process of the second west-east gas transmission pipeline was introduced;especially the solution to the problem of local brittleness at welded joint was described emphatically.The control of welding process of the second west pipeline mainly concentrated on two key procedures of backing weld and filling cap,and the reasons causing welding defects were analyzed,the solving solution was find out. |
