摘 要: | ![]() 4Cr5MoSiVl钢制热挤压铝模具两次回火、弥散硬化的热处理工艺,比旧的一次回火工艺,具有韧性好,耐磨性好的优点。原因在于奥氏体化温度的提高促进了模具钢(4Cr5Mosivl)的马氏体化,而二次回火促进了马氏体弥散化,减轻了脆性,提高了耐磨性。

Abstract: | ![]() It was more strength and more wearable after by new heat treatment process of two times tempering and dispersion hardening than original one time tempering method for hot extruding die steel 4CrSMoSiVl.It was because that high austeniting temperature boost martensiting, two times tempering boost martensite dispersion fine.and prevented brittleness breaking, enhanced characteristics in the strength toughness of die. |
