摘    要:应用热力学模拟分析软件TechnoPerf以及流体力学软件CFD建立模型,在理论分析的技术支持下,通过对RK270系列大功率中速柴油机降低排放的试验研究,全面了解了柴油机降低排放的规律和方法。在试验过程中,通过对多方案的组合与分析,最终使柴油机的排放水平达到了IMOTIERⅡ的排放标准,为排放技术的应用和市场的拓展奠定了基础。

Abstract:Using TechnoPerf (thermodynamic simulation analysis software) and CFD fluid (dynamics modeling software) and basing the technical support from the theoretical analysis and through experimental study of emission reduction on RK270 series high power and middle speed diesel en- gines, this paper finds the rules of emission and know the methods how to reduce emission of diesel engines. Multiple plans are used and analyzed. The diesel engine complies with the IMO TIER II emission standard. The results built the foundation for application of emission technology and market expansion.
