| 摘 要： | 当产品售后以最小免费维修为保证时,需在每批产品生产结束时,对可能发生退化的生产系统进行检验。若系统处于受控状态,则不对系统作任何调整,且该批产品都不作检验就出售;若系统处于失控状态,则系统修整后返回到受控状态,且对该批产品中最后个产品进行检验,对检验出的不合格品重新加工修复为合格品。该文通过对可能发生退化的生产系统建立最小免费维修条件下的成本模型,获取最优批量和产品检验策略,最后通过与相关文献提供数例处理结果的比较,获取一些有价值的结论。
