摘    要:通过水轮发电机转子系统的变转速实验对机组转子质量不平衡测试数据进行了分析。为避免信号中转频以外的其它频率成分对分析结果的影响,采用db10小波对转子振动测试信号进行三层小波包分解,对所需转频分量所处频段的小波系数进行重构,实现了对信号的滤波,通过数据分析表明了该方法的可行性及对不平衡检测的有效性。

Abstract:The unbalance testing data of rotor system of the hydro-generator unit obtained from varying rev experiment is analyzed. The vibration signal of rotor is decomposed by wavelet packet to the third layer by means of db10 wavelet function, and the wavelet coefficient of the frequency band containing the rotation frequency is reconstructed for the sake of avoiding other frequency outside the rotation frequency affected on the analysis result. Signal filter is carried out. Through data analysis,this method is proved to be feasible and effective for unbalance test of rotor system.
