| 摘 要： | 芯片实验室在临床诊断,特别是在床边诊断(POCT)检验领域具有重要作用。介绍了芯片实验室技术在POCT领域,尤其是近两年来在核酸、蛋白质及细胞检测等方面的最新研究进展,以及纳米技术和传统技术如免疫层析试纸条技术融合后,芯片实验室在POCT领域所显示出的优势。对芯片实验室技术未来在POCT领域的发展方向进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Lab-on-a-chip technology plays an important role in clinical diagnosis especially in POCT.Recent developments of microfludic devices in POCT were presented,with emphasis on microchips for nucleic acids testing,protein testing and cell testing.Combination of nanotechnology and some conventional technologies such as lateral flow test,makes lab-on-a-chip technology demonstrate enormous superiority in POCT.The development prospects of lab-on-a-chip technology in POCT were discussed. |
