摘    要:以热力学第一定律为基础,应用传热学原理,针对双背压凝汽器冷却水管结垢时不同垢层厚度,对凝汽器真空、机组功率以及机组热耗率的影响进行了定量分析计算。计算结果表明冷却水管结垢会严重地影响凝汽器真空及机组的运行经济性,计算所得的研究结果,对提高采用双背压凝汽器的大型机组的运行经济性有着重要的现实意义和指导意义。

Abstract:On the basis of the First Thermodynamics Law, using heat transfer theory, the impact of fouling thickness on condenser vacuum, unit power and unit heat consumption rate is calculated by quantitative analysis method when duplex pressure condenser cooling water tube is fouled. The calculation result indicates that cooling water tube fouling has an obvious influence on condenser vacuum and operation economiy of power unit. The result of the research has an important current significance for improving utility-type unit economical operation in power plant equipped with duplex pressure condenser.
