稀土磁致伸缩材料的X射线荧光光谱分析

摘    要:
采用纯物质的标准溶液配制标准样品, 制成含分析元素的混合标准溶液, 加入内标后取标准液滴加到滤纸上进行干燥, 以此为分析标样测定分析线与内标线的强度比,相对于分析元素含量绘制校准曲线。方法重现性好, 分析速度快, 相对误差为1 % , 可满足工艺研究的要求。

Abstract:
Abstract: In order to satisfy the need for the study on the magnetostrictive materials, such as TbFe and(TbDy)Fe 2, the standard liquid contained analized elements were added up with internal standards, then made dry filter paper. The intensity ratio of analytical spectral line to internal standard spectral line were plotted with the concentrations of analytical elements. The method can achieve good repeatability and short analytical time. Its accuracy and precision can meet the demand of technological research.
