| 摘 要： | 本文研究芦荟甙和芦荟大黄素的提取和同时测定。方法:以无水乙醇为萃取剂,从芦荟叶片和渗出汁液中提取芦荟甙和芦荟大黄素;采用分光光度法,同时测定芦荟甙和芦荟大黄素含量,测定波长分别为360nm和440nm.结果:从芦荟汁液和芦荟叶片中提取得到芦荟甙和芦荟大黄素的含量分别为39.0％、3.47％和1.39％、0.814％.回收率为98.0～102.1％、97.0～101.5％.结论:芦荟汁中芦荟甙和芦荟大黄素含量较高,本文提出分光光度法同时测定芦荟甙和芦荟大黄素含量,方法简便,快速、准确。

| Abstract: | Study on extraction and simultaneously determination of barbaloin and aloe-emodin in aloe vera.Methods: Barbaloin and aloe-emodin were extracted from aloe vera by absolute alcohol and defermined by spectrophotometry.Based on the Characteistic absorption spectra of barbaloin and aloe-emodin, 360nm and 440nm wer chosen as detective wavelength.Results: Barbaloin and aloe-emodin contents extracted from juice and leaf were 39.0%.3.17% and 1.39%, 0.814%, respectively.The recoverise of barbaloin and aloe-emodin were 98.0%～ 102.1% and 97.2%～101.5% respectively.Conclusion: As a simple, accurate and well reproducible method, it provided a sientific basis for quality evaluation, quality control and resources developement and utilization of aloe. |
