| Abstract: | This paper presents the method of labelling DTPA - Ab (antiferretin antibody of human hepatocellular carcinoma )conjugate with 90Y as well as the analytical method of the labelled compounds. The labelling percentage of the DTPA - Ab conjugate separated by microcen-trifuged column gel filtration using Sephadex G -75 is as high as 92% . After further purification, the radiochemical purity can be higher than 99%. The experimental results also show that the dilution factor of DTPA - Ab conjugate and 90Y as well as the presence of impurity metal ions have great influence on the 90Y labelling of DTPA - Ab conjugate. |
