高油价时代渣油加工工艺路线的选择

摘    要:分析减压渣油采用延迟焦化工艺加工的优缺点,提出走向后石油时代,石油价格越来越高,渣油加工不宜采用焦化路线;渣油中重金属含量比较低时,可选择渣油加氢处理工艺;渣油中重金属含量比较高时,应采用溶剂脱沥青-沥青气化-F-T合成工艺路线加工,轻质油收率高,加工流程相对简单,是比较经济合理的渣油加工路线。

Abstract:This paper investigated the advantages and disadvantages of deploying delayed coking processing scheme to process vacuum residue (VR). Upon thorough analysis, it is concluded that with the boost of crude oil price in the coming post-petroleum era, delayed coking is no longer the preferred processing scheme and two new schemes are proposed to process VR depending on its metal content. Hydrotreating process is a better choice for processing VR with relatively low content of heavy metals. The combination of solvent deasphalting--asphalt gasification--F-T synthesis will be an economic, yet relatively simple and environmentally sound upgrading route to process VR with high metal content and achieve higher light oil yield at the same time.
