| 摘 要： | 介绍了国内外常用压铸模具材料及显微组织状况,提出了优化国产模具材料组织的措施,并对大型压铸模具的真空淬、回火工艺进行了试验研究。研究成果应用于大型模具的热处理,效果良好。

| Abstract: | The materials and their microstructures of die-casting dies recently used at home and abroad were introduced,and some measures were put forward to optimize the microstructures of the die materials made in China.The vacuum quenching and tempering technology for the large-sized die-casting dies were tested,and were successfully applied in production. |
