摘    要:研究了从铬渣常压硫酸浸出液中沉针铁矿的过程。考察了温度、pH值、反应时间和空气流量对除铁率及铬损失率的影响。试验结果表明,反应时间和空气流量对除铁率的影响不显著;在反应温度90℃、pH值为3、搅拌强度150r·min^-1反应时间2h、空气流量0.2m^3·min^-1的条件下,除铁率超过99.5%,铬的损失率仅为17%。

Abstract:Precipitation process of the goethite from Chromium sulfuric acid leaching solution was investigated. The effects of temperature ,pH, reactive time and volume of air flow on removal of iron were examined; Experimental results indicated that the effect of reactive time and volume of air flow on the rate of iron removal is not significan. On the optimum condition of iron precipitation: temperature90℃ ,pH value is 3,rate of agitation is 150 r ·min^-1,reactive time is 2h,air flow is 0.2 m3·min^-1, the ratio of iron removal exceeds 99.5% ,only 17% of chromium is lost.
