钾长石-磷矿-硝酸体系球磨反应过程研究

摘    要:研究了钾长石-磷矿-硝酸体系球磨反应效果,得出较为适宜的工艺参数是:硝酸质量分数为45%,每克磷矿硝酸用量为2 m L,球磨时间为8 h,m(球磨子)/m(物料)为30,球磨机转速为600 r/min。原料配比对钾的溶出率影响最大,在磷矿与钾长石质量比为2时,钾的溶出率可以达到90%以上。

Abstract:The effects of milling reaction of potash feldspar-phosphate-nitric acid system is studied. The optimum experimental parameters are determined: the nitric acid mass fraction of 45%, the amount of nitric acid is 2 mL per gram phosphate rock, the milling time of 8 h, the ball feed ratio of 30, and the ball speed of 600 r/min. The dissolution rate of potassium is impacted by ratio of raw materials. The potassium dissolution rate reaches to more than 90%with the mass ratio of phosphate rock to ootash feldsoar of 2.
