| 摘 要： | 为了对船舶柴油机的曲柄销油温进行监测,保障柴油机安全运行,提出了基于LabVIEW的曲柄销油温监测系统。进行了总体方案的设计,阐述了系统的硬件设计和软件程序。系统运用FPGA和PAC技术,采用工业以太网组件监测网络,能够满足曲柄销油温监测所需要的各项要求。研制了相应的测试样机并进行了测试,结果证明本系统可以有效地监测柴油机曲柄销的油温,运行稳定可靠。

A Temperature Monitoring System of Crankpin Oil Based on LabVIEW |

| Abstract: | In order to monitor the temperature of the marine diesel engine crankpin oil and guarantee the safe operation of the engine,the temperature monitoring system of crankpin oil based on LabVIEW is proposed.A general plan which elaborateds the hardware design and software program is also desinged.The system uses FPGA and PAC,and industrial Ethernet components monitoring network to meet the demands of monitoring the crankpin oil temperature.The system develops a corresponding experiment prototype to conduct the measurement,and its result proves that the system can effectively monitor the temperature of the marine diesel engine crankpin oil with a stable and reliable operation. |
