摘    要:以某合成氨化工厂废水为研究对象,进行高氨氮化工废水强化缺氧/好氧(A/O)工艺高效生物脱氮中试研究。经过150d的运行,获得了良好的COD和TN去除效果。研究结果显示:载体上生物膜DO基质通量的大小决定了生物膜内活性茵体的分布状况以及生物膜的厚度,挂膜量与DO浓度线性相关。持续稳定运行的强化A/O工艺,在碱度和水力停留时间(HBT)冲击下,具有很好的抗冲击能力和恢复能力。

Application of Strengthen A/O Process in Synthetic Ammonia Industrial Wastewater Treatment

Abstract:A pilot- scale study on high efficiency nitrogen removal in synthetic amminia industrial wastewater treatment is conducted by strengthen anoxic -oxic process. Acording to 150 d's running,a favourable removal result in COD and TN are obtained. The result shows:the distribution of active bacteria and thickness of biofilm is determined by the size of DO substrate flux in biofilm of carrier, a linear correlation is observed between attached biomass and DO concentration. In sustainable and steady running, strengthen anoxic - oxic process performs a better resistance and recovery capability to hydraulic retention time (HRT) and alkalinity impact load.
