摘    要:以中国西北地区某硫酸盐型盐湖矿厂硫酸钾镁肥车间浮选尾矿为原料,研究了热溶结晶法生产七水硫酸镁工艺。该工艺克服了传统浮选法工艺的缺陷,缩短了工艺流程,降低了生产成本,提高了七水硫酸镁产品品位。讨论了该工艺的各种影响因素,并确定了最佳工艺参数和条件。采用该工艺可以生产出符合国标一等品要求的工业七水硫酸镁产品。

Abstract:A production process of MgSO4·7H2O by hot melt crystallization method was introduced,with flotation tailings from a potash magnesium sulphate fertilizer workshop of a sulfate-type saline Mine in Northwest of China as raw material.The process overcame the defects of the conventional flotation process,shortened the process flow,reduced the production cost,and improved the grade of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate products.Various affecting factors were also discussed,and the optimal parameters and conditions were determined.Qualified product of MgSO4·7H2O was obtained which met the requirement of National Standard(first grade).
