摘    要:本文根据IEEE802.15.4ZigBee协议,使用matlab完成了2.4GHz频段发射机物理层模型的建立和仿真;进行了RTL级仿真和验证;最后,基于Xilinx Spartan-3ADSP平台,完成了发射机的FPGA设计。本方案成功地利用极少的FPGA资源实现了Zigbee发射机数字中频发射的功能,具有很大的开发潜力。

Abstract:Based on IEEE802.15.4 ZigBee communication protocol, complete the foundation of basic model and simulation about physical layer transmitter using matlab, simulate and verify the register transfer level circuit design, finally, successfully complete the transmitter design based on the platform of Xilinx Spartan-3A DSP. The scheme successfully achieved the Zigbee transmitter features in digital middle frequency by the use of very few FPGA resources, which has great development potential.
