摘    要:漏磁检测技术广泛应用于管道等铁磁性材质的检测;由于常规漏磁检测的局限性,往往难以检测近表面和表面下缺陷;在分析漏磁检测原理基础上,采用脉冲交流磁化方式;介绍了脉冲漏磁检测系统,并对不同深度的缺陷钢管试件进行了试验,试验结果表明提取脉冲漏磁检测传感器(径向分量)输出的瞬态输出电压信号可对表面和表面下腐蚀缺陷进行有效识别;脉冲漏磁检测方法综合了漏磁检测和脉冲涡流检测的优点,具有快速、定量检测的特点,在管道等的缺陷检测中具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Magnetic flux leakage techinique have been widely used for magnetic pipe products.The principle of pulsed magnetic flux leakage testing(PMFL) is analyzed.This paper presents a pulsed alternating current magneting method.The PMFL testing system have been introduced to examine the different depth and width defects of pipe.The experiment results shows that PMFL can identify corrosion defects which may happen in the near surface or sub-surface.PMFL has the advantage of fast speed and quantification,this makes t...
